Executive Staff
Amjad is the CEO of GCP Finance which he co-founded with partners in 2015. Between 2015 and 2019, he was CEO of Beltone Financial and brings over 20 years of financial services experience to his role as CEO of GCP Finance where he has delivered significant business turnaround. Prior to Beltone, he served as managing director of Citadel Capital and Beltone. Amjad also managed the brokerage units at EFG Hermes and Sigma Securities and accrued many years of corporate banking experience in a variety of capacities.

The Investment Committee is responsible for first approval of investments after the investment team completes multiple initial reviews, discussions, and assessments of valuation and structure. After Investment Committee approval, all investments are presented to the board of directors for final approval.

The Audit Committee approves and reviews all compliance and financial reporting processes. The committee assists the board in overseeing the internal audit and the external audit processes to maintain best practices in governance, compliance, and integrity. GCP Finance has appointed Baker Tilly as external financial auditor since inception.

All remunerations including salaries and any bonuses to executive staff are preapproved by the Remuneration Committee, which reviews, structures, recommends, and evaluates all relevant company compensation structures before submission to the board of directors for final approval.
